Who is responsible

SAPnet Solutions (Pty) Ltd (registration 2015/386330/07), Unit 4368, Greenways, Strand, 7140, Western Cape, South Africa, is the responsible party. Questions about this notice go to enquiries@sapnet.co.za.

What we collect

The contact form. Your name, email address, the organisation you type in, and your message. We use them only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. They are emailed to our team mailbox and stored in a log on our server for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Server logs. Like every website, our server records the IP address, requested page, time and browser type of each request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, are not linked to the contact form, and are rotated within 90 days.

Cookies. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The contact form uses a single anti-forgery cookie that expires when you close your browser and identifies nobody.

Third parties. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this domain. No third-party trackers load on this site.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to enquiries@sapnet.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version is published here with the date it took effect. This version took effect on 14 September 2026.
